I am not impressed by a person with great gifts, or skill, or success, or a great wardrobe, or education, or title, or bank account, or the cars a person owns, or popularity, or opportunity, or anything like that. We can enjoy these things, but they don’t impress me.
I am impressed by a person who lives their whole life before God seeking to please Him. Having integrity in their heart before Him and living obediently to Him.
This person has paid a higher price than most others can ever imagine. This person gets God’s stamp of approval on their life–something no man can give or take away. This person gets to hear God say, well done good and faithful servant.
I want that more than all the money and opportunity and success the world has to offer. How about you?
