Change is inevitable.
Change is constant, or at least, frequent.
Change is not always comfortable, sometimes downright painful.
Change, if you let it, brings growth and new opportunities.
Change is something a leader should not only accept, but expect.
A leader should embrace change. Appreciate it. Exploit it. Use it to build momentum. Never fear it. Don’t ignore it. And never be in a place of denial.
We can confidently navigate change in our life when we fully trust in the one unchanging constant in life, Jesus. He doesn’t change. His love is unceasing. He is trustworthy. He is faithful. He is strong and able. Always.
